for Business Owners who are sick of the overwhelm
My goal is to bring peace in your business. What can a peaceful business look like? Systems that make sense, organized operations, and repeatable launch plans. You're ready to stop being the bottleneck in your business and hand some of your workload off to a trusted team member who can manage the backend, support your goals, and help turn your vision into reality.
Because the more space you have in your business, the more space you have to prioritize your clients, your family, and most importantly, your self.
Now, your business has a foundation of clean systems. We prep for your next quarterly goals and reflect on the prior quarter to celebrate wins and understand what worked. Your business has a roadmap that you can actually get excited about.

Month 2
We continue working toward your quarterly goals, and I start creating a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library for your routine or repeatable tasks. You feel like you're finally ahead of your to-do list and can think clearly.
My retainer starts with a comprehensive business audit of your systems, tech, and operations. From there, we meet on a 60-min call to create a strategy plan for the quarter. Meanwhile, I'm hitting the ground running and supporting your daily needs.
Tired of drowning in the day-to-day and can't find the time to focus on the big-picture vision for your business? Stuck in the weeds managing projects, chasing deadlines, and keeping things afloat? Sounds like you need a virtual assistant like, yesterday. Hand off the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that are eating up your day and focus on the work that only you can do.
When you grow, I grow. let's start with a virtual assistant package to take things off your plate today, so you can finally start being the ceo you are
"The best investment I've made so far in my Business!"
After 5 years in business, I've had experience with countless tech platforms. More than likely, I'm very familiar with the tech in your business, and can give suggestions if you are looking for alternate options. My favorite tech stack is Practice Better for client management, Asana for task/project management, FloDesk for email marketing, Airtable for spreadsheets and databases, and Squarespace for websites.
An Online Business Manager is a proactive and strategic team member. They stay on top of projects without you needing to worry, find gaps and opportunities for improvement, create sales opportunities, and help with strategic planning. In my retainers, my team and I also help complete the tasks on your to-do list and finish projects you've been putting off.
My Online Business Manager package includes pretty much all operations support! There may be times we need to interview and hire a contractor, which I will completely assist you with. Examples of this could be a Pinterest Manager, Social Media Manager, Brand and Website Designer, etc. specialists.
You probably are ready before you think you are! I strongly recommend an operations hire (like what I do!) being your first team member once you have consistent and reliable income. I've worked with clients whose income went from $2,000/mo to $2M/year during our time working together. The ROI can be huge, because you finally have the time freedom and brain space to be the visionary CEO!
