for Business Owners who are sick of the overwhelm
My goal is to bring peace in your business. What can a peaceful business look like? Systems that make sense, organized operations, and repeatable launch plans. You're ready to stop being the bottleneck in your business and hand some of your workload off to a trusted team member who can manage the backend, support your goals, and help turn your vision into reality.
Because the more space you have in your business, the more space you have to prioritize your clients, your family, and most importantly, your self.
Tired of drowning in the day-to-day and can't find the time to focus on the big-picture vision for your business? Stuck in the weeds managing projects, chasing deadlines, and keeping things afloat? Sounds like you need a virtual assistant like, yesterday. Hand off the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that are eating up your day and focus on the work that only you can do.
How helpful would it be to have a strategic snapshot of your business and action steps to move forward with confidence? If everything feels a little... messy, a business audit helps you pinpoint the gaps you're too deep in the weeds to see. If you don't have the time or headspace to step back and ask, “What’s actually working here?” then this will hand you a smarter, simpler path forward.
For my OBM clients, we start with a full business audit and strategy plan to optimize what you currently have set-up! Every quarter, we'll have strategy calls to give us both a clear roadmap. For VA clients, we'll start creating your to-do list.
Audit & Strategy Plan
Onboarding
After the contract and invoice is completed, we'll hop on an onboarding call to set expectations and grant access to your accounts. And if you need any accounts created to help with project management, I'll set them up.
I want you to feel confident in your hiring decision, and that starts with meeting on a call and discussing how I can best support you. Share your business goals and pending projects, and I'll share how I can help bring them to life.
"The best investment I've made so far in my Business!"
After 5 years in business, I've had experience with countless tech platforms. So more than likely, I'm very familiar with the tech in your business, and can give suggestions if you are looking for alternate options. My favorite tech stack is Practice Better for client management, Asana for task/project management, FloDesk for email marketing, Airtable for spreadsheets and databases, and Squarespace for websites.
An Online Business Manager is a proactive and strategic team member. They stay on top of projects without you needing to ask, find gaps and opportunities for improvement, and help with strategic planning. A Virtual Assistant is a task-based team member that works based on your requested needs. They focus on helping finish your to-do list and complete projects you've been putting off.
In my Online Business Manager package, almost all support is included! The only exclusions are social media management and copywriting services (which can be added for an additional fee). In my Virtual Assistant package, tasks must be assigned in Asana to be completed. Only my OBM packages are proactive support and project/task management.
You probably are ready before you think you are! I strongly recommend an operations hire (OBM/VA) being your first team member once you have consistent and reliable income. I've worked with clients whose income went from $2,000/mo to $2M/year during our time working together. The ROI can be huge, because you finally have time freedom to be the CEO!
